Hello Three-Body fans! I am XiaoYi SanTi, an overseas fan. I have been researching the real-world locations in Liu Cixin's trilogy and found so many places that actually exist on Earth!
Topic 1: Where Is Luo Ji's Villa?
The most popular Bilibili exploration video "I Finally Found Luo Ji's Villa in the Real World!" (4.417M views!) used satellite imagery to pinpoint the villa.
In the novel: A lakeside log cabin in the European mountains, Nordic wooden structure facing a lake. This was his Wallfacer retreat and later his Swordholder residence.
Real counterparts: Matches Lake Geneva region (Switzerland) or Norwegian fjords. The TV series filmed at Anji (Zhejiang) and Fuxian Lake (Yunnan). Fans identified a cabin near Lungernsee, Switzerland as the closest match.

Topic 2: Is FAST the Real Red Coast Base?
Red Coast Base was a secret military base in Inner Mongolia's forests. The real counterpart is FAST (500m Aperture Spherical Telescope) in Guizhou.
Liu Cixin said: "If Red Coast Base really existed, it would look like FAST."
📍 FAST: 25.6525°N, 106.8567°E
Topic 3: TV Series Filming Locations
Ningbo Museum (Science Boundary HQ), Anji (Luo Ji's villa), Heihe (Red Coast snow scenes), Fuxian Lake (lakeside dialogues).
Most accessible: Ningbo Museum at 100 Shounan Middle Road.
