If you were Luo Ji, what different terms would you negotiate with Trisolaris?

Luo Ji's deterrence terms were simple: stop the invasion, provide technological help. But the price was the solar system being forever under deterrence.

If I were Luo Ji, I'd ask for more:

1) Trisolaris must share all fundamental scientific knowledge

2) Allow human migration to Trisolaris (mutual deterrence)

3) Establish cross-civilization communication mechanisms

What other interesting terms would you propose?
