🎬 Three-Body Movie Cast Wishlist: Who Should Play Luo Ji and Ye Wenjie?

🎬 Three-Body Movie Cast Wishlist

If you'd asked me in 2015, I'd have said "never film Three-Body." But now both Netflix and Tencent have done it — time to fantasy cast.

Chinese actors:

- Zhang Yi — his "endurance" fits later Luo Ji perfectly

- Liao Fan — carries that "broken but still going" weariness

- Zhu Yilong — range from frivolous to profound

English actors:

- Oscar Isaac — range from decadent to profound

- Bryan Cranston — a bit old but could nail Swordholder's loneliness

- Steven Yeun — critically acclaimed, Asian face

Chinese:

- Chen Jin (Tencent version) — already proven perfect

- Gong Li — depth for all of Ye's layers

- Yong Mei — "gentle but lethal" vibe

English:

- Michelle Yeoh — perfect fit

- Tilda Swinton — her detachment suits the role

- Tang Wei — international recognition
